This first-person Sonic the Hedgehog mod is utterly nauseating

Mercifully, Sonic the Hedgehog's 3D outings wealthy person always restrained themselves to a thirdly-person view, letting US find out the speedy critter from a comfortable distance. Now, one modder has given U.S. a hedgehog's-heart-view of Sonic Generations thanks to an dead vomit-inducement start-mortal mod.

Oof, that's a rough find out. More than good zooming the tv camera in for a closer look, Skyth's mod matches whol of Sonic's head motions—swaying and darting and spinning more or less at dizzying speeds. Even his basic jump is an dead support-churned-up experience. It reminds me of early attempts to bring Mirror's Edge to VR, though this mod is mercifully restricted to regular aged screens.

Skyth posted the link to download the mod in the replies, recommending that you turn off definite particle effects. They also note that, for demonstrable reasons, Generations' 2D segments are a little trickier to voyage in first-person.

Even so, Skyth warns not to jump in if you're prone to a spot of kinetosis: "I am dead Non causative what happens to you, play at your own risk".
